Hello and Welcome Thank you for taking the time to check out this site.
In a nutshell, it is a 'solo motorcycle' ride around the world or one big road trip essentially starting and finishing in Sydney, Australia traveling viaSE Asia, India, Middle East, Europe and North America. Have an opportunity to meet humanity face to face, appreciate and accept it in whatever form it takes and at the same time to try and share this experience with the world.

What is this 'Global Road Trip'?
After riding 14,600 kilometres around Australia in 43 days (www.ozzieroadtrip.com). The next adventure is the world.
Hi I'm Joe Campbell or 'Papa Joe' to my family and friends (a full Bio).
The 'Global Road Trip - 2009':
Anticapated start date is January 2010,
This is my personal campaign to;
This is an invitation to motorcycle riders of the world to join me in this adventure and help bridge some of the divides that have been created.
It makes no difference to me what your cultural background, religious beliefs or political views are, whether you ride a Harley or a Honda, BMW or Yamaha, Kawasaki or Suzuki, Triumph or Ducati, be it a Cruiser or Tourer, Road Bike or Enduro, as long as you can throw a leg over the back of a motorcycle, that is all that is of interest to me.
It does not matter whether you consider yourself young or old or would like to participate for one day or the whole trip, or whether you would like to help in someway behind the scenes, whatever you decide I would appreciate your company, support and friendship.
If I can help some kids prolong or improve their quality of life and make friendships along the way, I will consider the mission a success.
As you may have gathered I am an Australian however while I am in your respective countries I would be more than happy to participate with any charitable fund raising activities, bare in mind that the itinerary is purely a guide and not is not set in stone, changes can be made for worthwhile causes.
"I therefore invite you to join me on this motorcycle adventure, it promises to be exiting, challenging, and possibly a little dangerous, but most of all rewarding and fun".
It would great if we could make this the largest continuous motorcycle convoy traveling around the world.
Be good... be well... be safe...
